Labs Applications

For Musicraft specifically: The app is designed to enhance your Minecraft experience, but it is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or connected to Mojang or Microsoft. Minecraft is a trademark of Mojang Synergies AB, and we do not claim any ownership rights to Minecraft or its assets.

Prohibited Conduct

When using our Labs applications, you agree not to:

• Use the applications for any illegal purpose
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the applications
• Interfere with or disrupt the applications or servers
• Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the applications
• Use the applications to transmit any viruses, malware, or other harmful code
• Use automated methods to access or use the applications

Termination

OUR LABS APPLICATIONS ARE PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT ANY WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED. WE DISCLAIM ALL WARRANTIES, INCLUDING IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT.

We do not warrant that our Labs applications will be uninterrupted, timely, secure, or error-free, or that any defects will be corrected. You use our Labs applications at your own risk.

Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, WE SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, OR USE, ARISING OUT OF OR IN CONNECTION WITH THESE TERMS OR YOUR USE OF OUR LABS APPLICATIONS, WHETHER BASED ON CONTRACT, TORT, NEGLIGENCE, STRICT LIABILITY, OR ANY OTHER LEGAL THEORY, EVEN IF WE HAVE BEEN ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES.
